This regulation targets companies located in Flanders - factories, offices, warehouses - with an electricity consumption of over 1 GWh per year (based on the year 2021) and a roof area of at least 250 m². The aim is to exploit the large surfaces available to produce solar energy locally.
Calculate your annual electricity consumption and the usable roof or ground surface area. If your consumption exceeds 1 GWh in 2021, you'll need to take the necessary steps quickly.
